I had the Orthotic Group orthotics prescribed to me over a year ago. I now wear my orthotics in my sports and casual footwear. Since I have been wearing TOG Orthotics, I have noticed improved stability and agility on the hurling pitch. I feel I can train hard while suffering less muscle strain and fatigue.
