Heather is one of the country’s top cyclists and triathletes. Her impressive history includes:
Triathlon:
Top 20 finishes at both European and World U23 Championships 2004, 2005.
Irish Champion 2005, Commonwealth Games Melbourne 2006 Team Triathlon.
Cycling:
Double Irish Record holder for 10 mile(21.49) and 25 mile (56.09). First Irish woman to break the hour for 25 mile, record previously held for 19 years.
Northern Ireland and Ulster time trial champion at 10 and 25 miles.
Heather is a patient who has been prescribed TOGS Insoles and has commented that “they have definitely made a difference to my performance levels in that I suffer a lot less pain during the running and cycling stages of the triathlons I take part in, I also wear them for casual everyday use and really feel the difference when I wear my TOGS”.
