I am a Clare County Senior Hurler and a Sports Science student and would highly endorse TOGS orthotics.
Throughout my career I have always looked to technology, innovation and new training techniques that could help give me an edge over my competition. As a student of Sports Sciences in university I read about TOGS orthotic insoles and how they can enable the feet to perform better while competing in sport. I decided to get my foot scanned which was a simple process and very informative. My practitioner showed me where my feet were deficient and prescribed custom made orthortic insoles. Since wearing my orthotics I have taken my performance to a new level. In 2006 I won the Vodafone All-Ireland Allstar Award.
My feet not only feel like I have more spring in my steps but it also gives me extra agility and speed.
